SPECIAL EVENT: Dharma talk, “What is Real” by Bhante Sanyatha

Where: UU Fellowship at Easton, 7401 Ocean Gateway (on Rte 50 across from the high school athletic fields)
Bhante Sanyatha, a visiting Buddhist monk, will offer a public Dharma talk entitled “What is Real.”
There will be time for meditation practice (with guided instructions for newcomers) and for discussion and questions. The event is suitable for both beginning and experienced meditation students.
About the speaker: Bhante Sanyatha became a monk in the Theravadan lineage of Buddhism at the age of 11 and received higher ordination in 2003. After completing his monastic studies, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka. In 2004, he received Master of Arts degree from the Buddhist and Pali University in Sri Lanka. In 2007, Bhante Sanyatha moved to the United States where he enjoys the opportunity to share the Dharma.
There is no registration fee, however, there will be an opportunity to make a donation towards the support of Bhante Sanyatha and the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at Easton.
Bring your own cushions or pillows. Chairs will be available.
